How Payments Work

Thumbtack collects order payments through mobile money (Mpesa) providers.

1. Place your order in the checkout
2. The final page will include your order total and pay numbers for Vodacom and Airtel
3. Complete the order
4. Send your order total to one of the pay numbers
5. We will give you a call to confirm that your payment has been received

We only begin processing an order once payment has been received.
